Although the categories use common names, we've stuck to the scientific groupings, so for example, if you are looking for caterpillar tracks, check out the section headed 'Insects' (Which are Hexapoda for the scientists) and then click on 'Butterflies, Moths' (caterpillars belong to the Order LEPIDOPTERA which is made up of butterflies and moths).

The gallery is not comprehensive but we hope that with your help we will be able to fill it with a collage of footprints of just about all the weird and wonderful creatures that live in Africa.
